We run a quite a specific operation that would require a degree of sensitivity, what guarantee’s can you put in place to insure that this is not compromised?
We have a very stringent selection and training program for all employee’s which includes the provision of a CRB. In addition to this we always agree a tailor made code of conduct with the customer so that we can exactly meet their needs.


Are you able to work after a 10pm shift has finished?

At Champion Cleaning Services we pride ourselves on flexibility to meet most customer requirements and we would consider this to be an easy task to reliably fulfill.

What is your pricing structure?

This question is probably the hardest to answer as so many considerations have to be taken into account. However, the Champion Cleaning Services price promise guarantee’s that we will surpass any service level and beat any price – why not put us to the test?


Can you supply janitorial equipment – bin bags, toilet rolls etc?

Do you provide an outdoor cleaning service?

Yes, we are able to provide a very comprehensive service from simple lawn maintenance to power washing – to discuss your business requirements further please contact one of our friendly account managers.


What if I need to contact you out of hours?

Each customer will receive an out of hours contact number so that any issues can be resolved instantly, at Champion Cleaning Services our commitment to you doesn’t have a time limit.


Will the same person be cleaning our facility?

We try and encourage all staff to build a positive long term working relationship with each customer, however sometimes events dictate that staffing cover is required but each member of staff will be clearly identified and will be introduced prior to any work is undertaken.
